Repetition- She uses repetition in this poem my useing the following phrase alot, "that is until i met you". She uses this to signify how much she wanted before until that special person or her partner came into her life to change her point of you and her whole perspective of life.
In this poem the poet is trying to show how much she has changed since her husband came into her life. She shows what she wanted before to what she wants now. Before it was all luxuory and now all she wants is to be with him and nothing seperating them apart.
